We use natural, eco-friendly fabrics that are good for the planet and for you! We work on small batch production, due to which slight variations from piece to piece might occur. Nevertheless, the quality of each product is checked at every stage before you get your hands on it!

Yes! We offer Cash On Delivery at an additional shipping charge of Rs. 250. Apart from COD, we offer payment options like Online prepaid, PayTm, Gpay, and UPI.
We follow standard sizing and currently offer sizes XS-XXL. We do not offer any style/product customisations. However, size and length alterations can be made possible - kindly get in touch with our team.

Yes, basis on the availability of the product style & size, we can ship your order under Express Delivery. Please note that the charges for express delivery are INR199.
Same-day delivery is only possible in Delhi NCR for ready to ship styles against a prepaid order. COD orders may only be possible for South Delhi deliveries at the moment.
FABRIC & CARE
We recommend a hand wash using mild detergent in cold water, followed by air drying to sustain the garment quality for seasons. Alternatively, you can opt for dry cleaning, especially for the Knits. Do not line dry under direct sunlight as it can fade the dye in patches.
All our products have already been treated and gone through a cycle of washing while in production - and hence, there will be no shrinkage. However, we recommend that you hand wash in cold water or dry clean your garment when necessary.
Yes! The composition of Wool & Organic Cotton keeps you extremely warm & cosy throughout the winter season. Our stylish pullovers for winter are sure to keep you snug whilst being free of synthetic weaves that cause itchiness.
For our Knitwear styles, we have consciously selected an Organic Cotton Wool blend which perfectly adapts to the temperature. The wool yarn has been beautifully spun into the softest weaves to keep you warm, cosy & comfortable. Each woollen knitted style is free of polyester, synthetics & toxins, just like the rest of our collections!
No, our white linens are not transparent. You don’t need to wear any additional tank top underneath the shirt, unless of course layering it for style. Opt for beige/neutral shade essentials under whites, always!
EXCHANGE
Yes, we have a return policy against which we offer store credit of the same amount that is valid for 90 days. This store credit is issued once your product reaches us in an acceptable condition. Please note that we do not have a refund policy. In the case of exchange/return, we require the shipping to be borne by the customer. We can deduct this amount from your store credit.
Yes, you can exchange for another size or style. In this case, we must be notified within 5 days of the customer receiving their order. However, the pick-up & new shipping charges have to be borne by the customer. Read more about our Return & Exchange Policy.
